I think generally the admin area needs an overhaul, so I'm not too bothered with making large explanations like this. |
- Add 'What is eligible?' explanation to chapter and group admin pages - Explain criteria: accepted T&C and not banned - Explain consequence: cannot receive invitations or RSVP - Add tests for both pages
